Superbills for Lab Testing:

  • While we do not accept insurance for our specific programs, we can provide a superbill for certain lab testing. This can be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance provider.

For aesthetic and regenerative services: Pricing is determined based on your specific requests and will be discussed during your free Discovery Call with our team. The $497 Deep Dive Initial Consultation is not required for aesthetic services only—we’ll provide transparent pricing and service details during the Discovery Call.

Please note: Routine Primary Care services offered in our physical clinic location are separate from the specialized longevity, functional medicine, and aesthetic programs discussed on our website.
